Meet with the Team Member to have bullion authenticated (purity tested & weighed) & both parties sign the sales contract.
Provide details
Email us a picture of:
- Your identification (drivers licence or passport)
- Proof of residential address (power bill, insurance, bank, or government letter with your name/address on it)
- Bank account number for payment of funds (must have you named as account holder)
Process Payment
For security reasons, we deposit $1 to your bank account, if you are a first time seller. Once you confirm to us you have received the $1, full balance due will be paid within 3 working days; or if you are a second-time+ seller, funds will be paid within 3 working days of completing the physical bullion handover.
