Reverse: There is a rock in the tribal lands of the Te Arawa people from the central plateau region of Aotearoa New Zealands North Island. That rock is said to be inhabited by taniwha. The rock is known as Te Kohatu o Hatupatu and much respect has been given to it over time whereby people leave gifts to acknowledge the taniwha.
